She founded CW Portfolios Real Estate to provide clients with something that can be difficult to find in a large brokerage: direct access to an experienced broker who understands the market and is personally involved throughout the transaction. Her focus is Southwest Florida, where she helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate new construction communities, builder contracts, resale opportunities, and real estate investments with clear, independent guidance. New Construction ExpertisePre-construction sales, builder contracts, and community navigation across Southwest Florida Resale & Investment ExperienceSarasota, Port Charlotte, Charlotte County, and surrounding Southwest Florida markets Independent BrokerageNo franchise. Not Just Your Agent. New construction, resale, or investment — every transaction is different, and every client deserves guidance tailored to their specific situation. I take the time to understand what you're truly looking for, explain every step of the process clearly, and advocate for your interests with the same energy I'd bring to my own purchase. That's not a sales pitch. It's simply how I work. Builder Relationships Experience That Opens Doors Years of working directly with Southwest Florida builders means my clients benefit from relationships built on sustained experience — candid insight into communities, contracts, and what to watch for that only comes from being in the market consistently. When you walk into a model home with me, you're not walking in alone. Client Stories ★★★★★ “I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help me purchase my first home than Cynthia. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to explain every step of the process. She truly listened to what I was looking for, answered all my questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Her professionalism and dedication gave me confidence throughout the entire journey. I’m extremely grateful for her support and would highly recommend CW Portfolios to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers or if you're looking to move to the Lakewood Ranch area.” Alex Ruiz Ready to Work Together?
