She founded CW Portfolios Real Estate to provide clients with something that can be difficult to find in a large brokerage: direct access to an experienced broker who understands the market and is personally involved throughout the transaction. Her focus is Southwest Florida, where she helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate new construction communities, builder contracts, resale opportunities, and real estate investments with clear, independent guidance.
